What are some answers to frequently asked questions?

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge your order.
It will not be possible to make any changes to the order once an order is placed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. Therefore, kindly check that all details are correct before finalising your order.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are shipped out.
Payment by major credit cards are accepted via PayPal.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment for reasons unknown to us. Therefore, please check with them directly.
